What personal data is involved exactly?
By visiting the website and/or using the services of Artesa Offical, your personal data is processed: first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address (the address from which the website is accessed, i.e., the internet connection used), and data regarding your activities on the website.
Why are these data collected?
To contact you and carry out my services. I naturally use your name and contact details to maintain contact and inform you about relevant matters. The information discussed during our working period is stored in a secure digital environment and is not accessible to anyone. Information shared over the phone is not documented in writing, nor are WhatsApp messages stored.
What doesn't happen with your data?
Your data is not sold to others. They are also not used to create detailed visitor profiles or for decision-making based on automated processing (i.e., by computer programs or systems without human intervention).
Are your data shared with third parties?
Yes, only if necessary due to a legal obligation or legitimate interest such as reasonable business operations: - bank, for payment processing - tax authorities, optionally for access to invoices with address details - website hosting provider, for storing data linked to my email address - Google Analytics, for analyzing website visit data. Data processing agreements have been concluded with these "processors."
